Dishwashing service (08:00–17:00): 1,000 THB per day.

Transfer Service

We offer:

Free round-trip boat transfer from Ao Por Pier to Naka Yai Island, where the villa is situated.
Airport transfer is available for 1,500 THB per trip for up to 4 guests. The service includes a private car ride from Phuket Intl. Airport to Naka Yai Island. Advance booking is required.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and dining spaces.
A fine of 10,000 THB will be charged if smoking occurs inside the property.

Deposit Policy

50% of the total reservation amount is required to secure the booking. The rest amount will be paid upon check in.
An Insurance Deposit of 10,000 THB is required up on arrival. If no damage is found, the full amount will be refunded 2 days after check out.

Postponement Policy

Postponement must be made 1 month prior to arrival date
If the postponement is made later than the specified time, a surcharge of 3,000 THB per night will be applied.
