It features a saltwater swimming pool (10x4 meters) with a dedicated children's zone (5x5 meters), making it perfect for families. The villa comprises six elegantly designed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, along with a total of eight bathrooms for added convenience.

Inside, there’s a large living room and a basement recreational area that serves as a party room. Guests can enjoy amenities such as karaoke, a pool table, and a ping pong table. The fully equipped Thai kitchen includes a premium BBQ grill, ideal for culinary enthusiasts.

Additional highlights of the villa include free WIFI, access to one kayak and a stand-up paddleboard (SUP), and optional water sports services such as jet skiing, banana boating, and Viper rides. For ultimate relaxation, professional massage services are available at an additional charge. The villa also offers parking for up to five cars within its premises, with extra parking available outside. A safe box is provided for guests' valuables.

Housekeeping Services

We offer:

Free housekeeping during operational hours (08:00–17:00).
Dishwashing service (08:00–17:00): 1,000 THB per day.
Dinner service (17:00–21:00): 1,500 THB (table setup, serving, grilling, and cleanup).

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and dining spaces.
A fine of 10,000 THB will be charged if smoking occurs inside the property.

Deposit Policy

50% of the total reservation amount is required to secure the booking. The rest amount will be paid upon check in.
An Insurance Deposit of 10,000 THB is required up on arrival. If no damage is found, the full amount will be refunded 2 days after check out.

Postponement Policy

Postponement must be made 1 month prior to arrival date
If the postponement is made later than the specified time, a surcharge of 3,000 THB per night will be applied.
